| I agree with esaravo. If it were mine, I'd scan a copy of the picture and email it to the Cape Ann Museum in Gloucester, MA. Hundreds of artists have painted in the area over the last two centuries. I'd tell them what might be written on the back "Gloucester, Aug. 60 or 63" and see if they can help identifying the artist. | ||
