| Your paperwork is: 1) The actual CBCS submission paperwork - what you ship/turn in with the books 2) A copy of your signed approval for the show and date. Common concerns include misspelling the names of the creators/celebrities that signed the book(s) and listing the wrong date that the books were signed on said submission forms. As for promptness, unless you have been given some specific and special permission to hold books longer, you need to have them submitted to CBCS within 10 days of getting the signatures. Make certain that when you are getting signatures that identify yourself as an Authorized Witness for CBCS. Some creators/celebrities charge more for signatures when the book(s) are going to a grading company. It's unethical and causes lots of problems for the entire Signature Series program when creators/celebrities feel they are not getting paid what they should. Enjoy the show and experience! |

I mean I know that it has to be filled out but wasn’t sure if I can get it beforehand or there was something official to download so that answers my question. And yes, I will make sure to let all creators know that I’m a witness and have my approval printed out. Great info! Thank you! | ||
