I just got a book back(which surprised me because of no updates) and it shifts in the slab Is this an error, or simply due to it being a larger size book? Anyone else have this issue before? |

I have seen books from all three companies be able to shift if given enough force. Are you saying it shifts freely by just moving it from side to side?

@Darkga yes, exactly. If I pick it up and turn to side, it slides

Books will move inside the slab. Be happy that the entire book moves. Otherwise, you could get tears at the staples.

Well, paying to send it back because someone here said "yes" isn't going to get a faster resolution. You might be wasting your time and money.

Maybe item 10 on CBCS's terms & conditions will be more helpful: "Customer must inspect all items immediately upon receipt from CBCS. CBCS shall have no liability for any damage or errors unless reported to CBCS within five (5) days of Customer's receipt of the items." |
