You are correct. And it is one of the many "representing your brand" rules people should be following.

Besides that, there was a story that happened between 2010-2013 that had an eBay buyer purchase a rare MIB/MISB Japanese toy. According to the story behind the event, he payed good money for it because the product shown was in C-9 condition. The seller, who was either ignorant or lazy, decided to use the packing itself as the means of shipping the product. The buyer ended up getting a mint (C-9 or C-10) toy in a damaged (around C-7 or C-8) box. Which, I believe, resulted in him getting a partial refund.

That, and what you said is similar to my ordeal with an eBay seller. One that I am still awaiting to hear from in regards to me getting my refund since the item did reach its destination.

Hard to say. I have about 15 to 20 thousand books. Not many from the last ten years or so though. Some.
