More like 2.6% of fair market value lol $2600 max

There is no value limit on the $10 reholder.

Despite the rivet label, I am happy that this book is graded by CBCS. I'd call that a win all by itself.

Do you think they would apply the 30% off special to that comic? You'd save $184,500 and get the comic for a bargain $430,500!

If I am not mistaken it has been with MCS for a while now. Btw - have you noted that MCS states that the case has some minor crack!

2nd BTW - wonder if restored by the same party who fell out with CGC.

I'm going to buy it....own it for 29 days...the. Return it for a full refund. Then I can sAy I owned this comic for a short while...

I wonder what insuring it for 29 days would run me....

It's also covered under ebay's money.back guarantee if the seller refuses! Although I don't see eBay refunding me $600k and letting me keep it without a battle...

That's funny. You'd be one of a handful of people that have owned one.

For coming up with that idea...

@Drogio if you actually had the cash to make the buy, you would not be returning it.

I wasn't going to mention it, but I've noticed quite a few CBCS slabs sold by MCS listed as having minor side edge cracks. I couldn't see a crack on the Action 1 when I zoomed in. Couldn't spot it. Kind of alarming though.

Could they be referring to the sides of the case where you can slightly pull it apart or is there a crack in the plastic?

This is what I call a side edge crack:

That was one of the first things I thought also. How much work was done it does look really nice.

I don't have the links so I'm taking this from off the top of my head. There was a husband wife team buying golden and silver age books and doing super extensive restoration jobs on them. CGC quit grading them because they said the books felt unnatural they sued CGC saying their work was so much better then the in house work CCS does and that CCS tried to steal their methods. I have no clue if this is one of those books or not but to see a super high grade restored Action 1 that's what I thought.
