| I did a search and it looks like the last post is more than 90 days old, which would put it near Holiday season. But has anybody had any luck getting through the customer service recently? I’ve had no answers to phone calls over the last 72 hours & no responses to my email from about 48 hours ago. Kinda bummed given that for all the smack I like to talk about the “other” grading company at least they always pick up the phone when needed 🥲 |

| I’ve never need to contact CS, but it is their problem child. CS needs major change or least presence. @SteveRicketts and couple others hang out here. You may express your concern here and at least get it forwarded by someone in house. | ||

| Wow! IG huh? Thanks for the heads up guys. I’ll give that a try. I’ve got a book where they misspelled the artist’s name and I’m hoping to get it fixed. I guess I’ll slide up in their DMs like a youngster  |

| what the heck is IG anyway..like InstaGram?? Insta = instant Gram??? - like ...telegram?? but isn't that what a text is? I though the Gram was all photos -arggg!!! Old man BS meter kicking in!!! Why not just get customer service on a Telephone instead of Telegram??? talking is way easier than text - that's why people stopped using telegrams when the telephone came out!!!!! |
