As a boy in 1960s England I was always jealous of the toys advertised in US comics. I wanted to sell Grit and get a Walkie Talkie.I wanted a 500 piece set of plastic soldiers. I wanted the Aurora model kits of Superheroes and Monsters. But most of all I wanted a VAC-U-FORM. Did anyone ever have one of these and were they as neat as they look or were the resulting models a little disappointing? |
