| Watched this weekend; and have to say I really liked it. The painstaking detail of the manual stop-motion combined with the slightly altered story was unique and well done IMO. (i.e. It's not really a remake) We're all focusing on what Marvel & DC & Image & etc.. & etc... companies are doing in the future; and buying up appearances that could happen in the hopes a character shows up for 2 minutes in a movie. How about a little love for the classic Disney characters. Walt Kelly & Carl Barks to add. I'm somewhat confident this is Pinocchio's first appearance in comics. Researching is difficult from the mid-40's. I believe that it was on-sale before Four Color 92 (1945) How one can get this for the same amount as a dopey hot store variant Modern is beyond me. ![]() |

| Was on the fence about getting the cinema experience with that movie. Now I just might go ahead and do it. | ||
