RIP. I had the pleasure of seeing Nazareth in concert one time around 2000. He was a great singer and he had excellent stage presence. They were the closing band on day one of a three day festival. He will be missed.

Aerosmith/Nazareth was the second concert I ever attended. Nazareth absolutely blew them off stage, mostly because the toxic twins were so fucked up they could barely stand. Why does that seem like such a long time ago?

Because if the ticket is correct, it was 1977. That was a while ago!

That had to have been a freakin' excellent concert!

Never heard of this guy but yeah, RIP.

OTOH, living legend, Pink Floyd front man Roger Waters is in his 80's and still touring and is one of the only rock stars of his generation not to sellout the principles of his youth.
