| @beastboy1980 - normally within a couple of days. But, with the spike in speculation and their growing prowess, CBCS has seen some delays in posting to the dashboard, so it may be several weeks before the dashboard updates. That will not be your TAT start time though and is not when they first touch your submission. That is still starting at the time when your package was dropped off. Cheers and welcome. |

| I actually got a better timeline on this last night. They are running about 3-4 weeks. That is how long it takes for it to be inputted unto your dashboard. Your TAT, however, does start the business day after your books are physically delivered. | ||

| @Reelgee you choose the tier, to a certain extent, so I couldn't tell you. But the tiers are what's listed on the pricing page: https://www.cbcscomics.com/grading-pressing-price . If you send anything that fits in modern, expanded, or consumer, which are all the same TAT, then right now they're taking a few weeks to check things in. If you send something above that, the TAT is less than a few weeks (2 days for 2 Day Modern, etc.) so they obviously have to check it in more quickly than that. So if you send some random modern, the submission form will probably default it to Modern. If you put in UF4, as soon as you put in the insured value it's probably going to make it 2-Day Modern. But you can always bump up the tier. If you want your random modern back in 2 days, just make it 2-Day Modern. If you have an older random book make it Quickstream. You obviously pay more but you can use a higher/faster tier if you want. |

| To piggyback a bit on what @xkonk said, if you include multiple tiers on the same invoice, they'll all run at the speed of the slowest tier. I sent a submission in at the end of February that had Rapid and Quickstream books, but also had Consumer and Expanded, so it's on the slow boat. | ||

| @beastboy1980 if you read some of the other threads, you'll see that they're taking a few weeks to get books checked in right now. But if they were delivered then CBCS has them and your TAT timer has already started. | ||

This is an AMAZING forum board with lots of great folks who are incredibly helpful and fun. It truly is a community. We encourage you to post, ask questions, and comment as often as you would like. If it turns out you only want to ask questions that is fine too. As you see there are some great folks who can quickly answer your questions. Secondly I wanted to say that I love your member name. Beast boy is great and 1980 is one of the best years! If I’m guessing correctly 1980 gave the world both you and me (and everyone else born that year), but also gave us Eighties Music! I apologize if that is a controversial statement but I am a lover of eighties music. Even the bad stuff. If you grew up in the eighties you probably at least have some guilty pleasures. It’s ok to admit it. That’s what friends are for. Nonetheless welcome and thank you for posting. | ||
