Gemini Mailers are great.... But...
I have bought mailers from another source (Matt’s Baseball, and there’s a difference
Comparing the two.
They look the same
The cost is about the same but Matt’s has a minimum
But structurally Matt’s is thicker, the corrugation is a little thicker thus a smidge stronger 💪.
Not that it matters all that much (they both do the job)
But I tend to always look for what I think is the best bang (quality) for the buck..
By the way I am not affiliated nor do I have a ax to grind.
Just my opinion
Here’s a link to Matt’s

https://mattsbaseball.com/store/product/8916/CSP-COMIC-BOOK-FLIP-%26-SHIP-BOX/

By the way,,, if your mailing a “RAW” book under $50 please use one of these mailers
We all have horror stories.. I personally painter tape a bagged and boarded book to another piece of corrugated cardboard for extra strength. You can either cut up old box's (what I do) or buy a stiffener from Matt’s.
Enjoy. 🖖🚀

@Gotlift - I used the Gemini mailers for years, Tom, but now also use the CSP Flip and Ship mailers. I think they are just as good, and you can usually get them a little cheaper than the Gemini name brand. If I am shipping one to around 8 raw comics, I use the mailer, put it into a USPS Flat Rate legal sized envelope, and then add extra cardboard to both sides of the mailer before sealing it up with shipping tape. You can put two mailers taped together in a USPS Medium flat rate box. Over that, I reuse Amazon and even CBCS boxes (which can easily be cut down in height) to hold three or more mailers. I believe the more layers of cardboard, the better. And it is important that the books do not shift around during shipping.

👍👍. Yep I give people a choice on the higher priced (over 25) to ship in a double boxed way. With either styrofoam pellets or bubble wrapped mailer. I’ll use FedEx or priority mail. Depending. But on all I use the extra board. A little over pac doesn’t hurt.
But alas no matter how good we pack it doesn’t save us from driving over it
Stomping it into a mail box
Throwing it out the truck window as they pass by
Rain and of course hitting the dog with it and pissing it off. Lol 😂....🖖🛸🚀🛸

I also use products from Matt's Baseball. The prices are really good. For my new pull list books and cheaper books I order bags and boards along with dividers from him too. Pretty quick shipping as well. I have also ordered the CSP mailers too. I have those on standby until I run out of Gemini holders.
