| @esaravo I've got nothing BUT...Maybe i might have got us some new players soon. Here's what I wrote in the mycomicshop.com newsletter today. Posted some clues and answers, after the fact, as well. "Hey all! Steve Borock here! Today I am not going to talk too much about MCS. What I will say about MCS is that it has been crazy busy here at the offices! I have worked at many places in our amazing hobby and I have never seen anything like the trucks full of comics which we have bought that hits MCS all the time. This is the reason that MCS has hired almost 150 employees and has become the largest retailer of comic books on the web! Now...Something for hobbyists who enjoy games..... I have been playing a game online now for a few years and, not only is it testing my knowledge of comic books as well as being great "brain food" for my memory, but I and others are having a blast playing it! So much fun pitting myself against other great hobbyists to get the "clue(s)" before someone else beats me to it! Here is the skinny: Someone posts a piece of a comic cover and, if no one gets the clue, they keep posting until someone gets what title and issue number that the clues match. Once a player wins, they then pick a new clue and start a new round for the next set of players to try and get before another player wins. Some are classic, iconic covers and others are not at all. The comics range from Golden Age to Modern Age. Makes it a bit tough at times if you don't know the publisher, genre or title, but sometimes it's very easy and you just know the cover "cold" and get it in a single clue! It's amazing to see who gets what to win the round! There is no prize in this game, this is just another way to have a lot of fun in our hobby. It is an amazing feeling when you win, while beating out other hobbyists that might be just as good as you are (or better!). The thread is called: (JUST FOR FUN) ID THIS COVER...).
