From experience what is your typical Processing time on 2 Day Modern12335

| From your own personal experience in the past year what is your typical processing time on 2 Day modern submissions? I only ask because I've never had quick service with this Tier. First time earlier this year using 2 Day modern tier the books sat in Processing for a week from received to QC. My current order with them was received on Monday and as of today is still in Processing. Its baffling because I sent a regular modern submission with fast past last month and it went from received to shipped in 4 days yet. Are 2 Day Modern submissions routed differently? I ask a guy via the Customer Service number and he just said give it a few more days. He is obviously working out of a generalized call center probably internationally |

| Two-day modern tier: This tier is on time. (If you are having issues please PM me) The 2-day tier is for grading so any add ons such as imaging or VSP can add time to the turnaround. This is normal. Example VSP on a two day will add a week or two for the verification process. The 2 day turn around would not start until the VSP is completed. Same with something being imaged. The Imaging will add time to the back end, not much only a day or two, but it will add time. Hope this helps guys! |
