| Anyone else having problems getting their books sent to them from ComicConnect? I paid for my auction wins on May 24th (6 weeks+ ago) and still haven't received my order. I've called 3 times to check on it and I keep getting the run-around of, "I'll call shipping and see if they can expedite it for you". I'll call again tomorrow to see what they have to say. I'm thinking they just bit off more than they can chew and don't have the staff to keep up with the large number of items auctioned off? | ||

| I supposedly won a couple pieces of original art. I can't tell if I was charged and I have yet to see any sign of them. I think it was the same auction. | ||

| I didn't win any auctions but I made some purchases on May 22nd (2 slabs 2 raws). I think I got my books a couple weeks ago. Not sure exactly how long it took. | ||

| My invoice says, "Thank you for your purchase. In keeping with our high standards in processing, packing and shipping your orders can take up to 3 weeks to ship out of our facility." | Yeah, I think one of my orders may have just shipped. Took a month and a half. On order, which I won around the same time still hasn’t shipped and I don’t think I’ve been charged for. For 20 dollars shipping this is kinda ridiculous, but oh well. | ||

| @OGJackster They were short on staff for a period of time. Not sure how it is now. I initially paid for my invoice right after my last purchase. Payment was pending on my credit card then just disappeared. They then ended up charging my card more than the initial invoice. Initial one did not have tax so I was surprised by that so I thought something was wrong. I wasn't happy to find they charged my card the new amount without even notifying me. |

| My guess is what @moodswing said. You have to wait for two different shipping periods. CC not having the books on hand is also why you have to be extra careful with their raw books; they're listed at what the seller thinks they are without any second opinion. | ||

| Monday was the six-week mark for one of my orders. Emailed them to ask about it - haven't heard a peep back. I'd placed another order about a week before that one (had forgotten until I checked out how much they charged for shipping), and I got it in just over three weeks. Can only imagine some of the holdup on this second order must be them waiting on getting books in from the seller(s). Either way, patience is wearing thin. |

| I placed an order at Metropolis (same company) 5/26 that hasn’t shipped out yet. I emailed them June 28 and they wrote back on the 29th that it was in their shipping department and should ship out “soon”. They are always relatively slow, but this is definitely longer than normal. | ||

| Called again to check on my order, same 'ol song and dance. "I'll call shipping and see if it can be expedited". Verbatim what I was told the last 2 times I called. "Maybe the end of the week, if not, Monday." We shall see. |

| @Dollarbill They are terrible at replying to emails. Like I mentioned before, they said they were "short staffed". I just recommend calling. The one time I did, I got right through to someone. |
