Grading help for ASM 1296310

| I was lucky enough to recently purchase a large 2-3k book collection ($800 total) from a guy that works in a storage facility. The original owner died, the son inherited something he didn’t care about at all, and gave the entire lot to the storage employee who also didn’t know anything about comics and just wanted them gone. At any rate, I found an ASM 129 among a ton of other gold and I need help grading this. In the second photo I’ve highlighted the defects in green which are: 8.5” crease down the left edge 1.25” crease top right’ish 1” crease bottom right A printer crease with color loss A couple of small abrasions; one near Punisher’s left elbow and one in Spidey’s left tricep. Page quality is white/off white with a light exposure shadow throughout the book. (All of the books were exposed to soot and some were more affected than others) I didn’t include the back cover because nothing on it would lower the grade from what I see on the front. It’s pretty clean. All in all it’s a beautiful looking book because the creases are light and not very noticeable at all when looked at head on. I’ve got an idea of what I think the grade range is but I’ll hold off posting.           |

| That's a tough one. I'm thinking 5.0 with that 8.5" creaseline and the other conditional issues on top of that. | ||

| It’s already been pressed lightly once. I’m not sure another, more aggressive press, is going to improve the actual grade as all of those creases are there because the fibers are damaged in some way. I had this between 5.5-6.5 |
