| Is there a link to which form is filled out for original art submissions? or do you somehow use the comicbook one. None of the ones I want to submit are on books, all are on paper. | ||

| Yeah you need to use the same comic book form. For Series you’d put something like “Artwork on Paper,” Issue Number and Publisher can be “N/A,” and you need to add a year. Make sure you have the “Original Art” box checked. Just remember, unless you’re a CBCS Authorized Witness or went through the procedure for the artist to submit the book directly to CBCS on your behalf, your book won’t qualify to have the artist’s name listed as an Authentic Signature on the label. If it’s a known artist, you can choose to have the signature Verified for an additional $25 fee. If you choose to go with neither of those options then the art will be slabbed with a blue label with no mention of the artist. |
