Superman #1000. Who's in for multiples?5312

COLLECTOR conditionfreak private msg quote post Address this user
According to Bulletproofs web site, this is the Del Otto cover for issue #1000

I'm passing on ANY 1000's thus far. Unless y'all tell me the story is dynamite.

I think, like Supergirl #13, Del Otto is sending a subliminal sex message there. Which will sell. Always does.

Hmmm....sort of lacking for Del'Otto.....if you were to compare to hos Venom covers.

La Rosa would put out a good one....if he had the chance....

that's a lot less dynamic than what usually can expect from a del ' otto cover...

If only someone had supes in action with heat vision welding the 1000 number or punching throwing the car from action #1 through the issue number or something.

All the covers are just plain boring

It's not on sale yet.

Blank sketch variant wins it.

Unfortunately being Action 1000 and the hype surronding it, and knowing Middleton can do better, it's not compelling me to buy it.

Or he might be waiting for that lap dance he shoveled out $50 for.

I’m on the fence. You’re right, it’s not great. It seems to have a little Christopher Reeves influence which I like. But I had higher hopes for this and for Dan Jurgens’. Cover A and blank sketch for me at this point unless I can get the Fabock one.

At this point, I miss the 90's embossed covers. Think about it: just the "S" symbol with a beautiful sheen to it? Simple. Elegant.

How about a side shot of Superman & Krypto breaking thru a "cover of hyper time"? Different time images in use around them.

yeah. It's better.. If it was just superman without all those hyper saturated colours stuff in the background is almost a milestone appropriate cover. Haha.

But full points at least for not having him simply standing in a weird pose or sitting

Got to admit, kind of disappointed in these covers (which it seems everyone is a little as well). The Del Otto and Middleton look like the best options and they aren't "amazing" to me... Very shocked seen as how this is issue ONE THOUSAND!
