The order tracking info on the website seems to be somewhat lacking.
Is there a way to add more complete tracking info on orders?
For instance, the current turnaround time for orders is 17 weeks from receipt of the order.
Could a time stamp, giving the time and date, be added to each step in the process?
And could that information be accessible on the order detail page or perhaps as a column on the "Open Orders" list?

So Tommy, what else is on your Christmas wish list?! All kidding aside. I have called customer service on a number of occasions and received different answers as to the status of my order, so to expect them to document your order status is probably not going to happen, like getting that Red Ryder air rifle you want! It'll take your eye out kid! Nuff said and merry Christmas.

Wouldn't be that difficult if they are scanning a barcode at each step in the process.
They could also track individual employees performance and productivity.
