While digging through my closet in my old room at my folks house I came across a box that my dad was saving. It was full of these Sunday Bulletin comic book inserts. Pretty cool. Each book has a page or two from major stories such as Batman and Star Wars among others. All from the 80's. Anyone ever see these before? |

In the early 80's several newspapers released their comic strip section in a comic book format. They were able to provide more strips this way and a collectable give away. Some papers ran them for several years. The one you posted is Sunday Norwich ( Connecticut) Bulletin which ran for 2 years. I have around 84 of these comic books between the two years, possibly the entire run or maybe a couple sort. Here's a couple of links: http://www.nemsworld.com/newspaper_comicbooks/ http://www.spiderfan.org/comics/title/sunday_bulletin.html |

Got them several years ago for less than a dolla A pop. Hard to find, I believe Amazon has some for sale at $7 A Pop plus postage. Need to dig these puppies out and bag/board them. | ||
