So the official title for the Han Solo anthology film has been revealed by Ron Howard.

Are you guys looking forward to this film? What are you expecting from it?

I don't think we know very much yet about the movie other than the Miller/Lord fallout with Kathleen Kennedy lol

With Ron Howard Directing, my expectations are high.

But I'm really hoping for more Jabba The Hutt. Seriously, He's my favorite character from the Star Wars universe.

Is it going to be rated R? I bring it up because the Han in the 1st Star Wars movie wasn't a nice guy. He was a criminal who shot first and refused to pay debts. That ain't somebody I'd want my son to look up to. Are they gonna water him down and make him some type of person that he isn't?

I just hope it's as good as Rogue One was.

Looking forward to the Han movie. Hope they do a Yoda origin film as well.

I want the Boba Fett movie. Rumor has it that they put the Fett movie back in production.

I was blown away by how great it was.
It's actually my favorite Star Wars movie of all of them.

Oh come on, how old were you when Star Wars came out...?

How can you say Rogue One is your favorite...?

Star Wars 1977. Unlike anything, we had ever seen (at the time). Strong charismatic characters, great special effects and reminiscent of old cliffhanger serials. The line at the theaters went around the block. Phenomenal!

I'm one of the 10 people on the planet that loves 'Return of the Jedi' most of all.

My first exposure was the VHS tapes & the fact 'Empire' didn't have an ending really bugged me. That said, had I seen 'Empire' in the theater, the twist of Vader being Luke's dad would have blown my mind.

I love this movie too! I remember as kid thinking how cool the jungle scene was with the Ewoks fighting the Stormtroopers

Really? Because I saw it in the theater and it upset me when it turned out to be true. At the time I was hoping that since Darth Vader was the bad guy, he was lying to Luke..or that maybe when Darth Vader ( to quote Obi Wan Kenobi )"betrayed and murdered" Luke's father, the betrayal was having an affair with Luke's mother.

So what ends up happening? The only one telling Luke the truth is the villain and kindly old Obi Wan Kenobi ends up being the most manipulative *expletive* in the galaxy.

Hoo freakin' ray.

I'll take Star Wars over any of those other PoS's every day and twice on Sunday.

To be fair, he didn't refuse to pay debts. His smuggled cargo was confiscated and Jaba wanted the monetary equivalent reimbursed to him, which Han did not have at the time.

Here's what I want in the movie:

The Falcon actually pushing cargo with it's front forks
The Kessel Run
More with Greedo
Something about how Han and Chewie linked up.

I'd like it to be far enough away from ANH to allow for a sequel but they might go the Rogue One ending route and end with him in a Mos Eisley cantina near Docking Bay 94

I guess I enjoyed Rogue so much because you could really feel the desparation of the characters. I mean you watch all of them die to complete this mission. Not one or two ALL. That rarely happens in Hollywood. Its always the formula. Hero villain, hero fails, hero finds himself, villain gets punished, hero wins. They did triumph but in a way they paid the ultimate sacrifice. Side note, I’m still not over what happened in Awakens. It literally took the breath out of me.

More Greedo. More Chewie. I have always been most fond of ESB and a New Hope. I feel Rogue One was the best Star Wars movie in a long time. When I was 9 years old my mom and my aunt took my two cousins(age 8 and 10) and I to see a New Hope. It blew us away and I am getting emotional typing this right now. It was an amazing experience. I have been so busy with my job, that it feels nice to catch up on the current posts and relax today. Brian.

It's great to see the Star Wars magic back...I grew up in the height of 4-6...and I feel episodes 1-3 really did a disservice to the young new fans when it came out. Between awakens and especially rogue one is as close as its been to that magic in a long time...a long time.
