Steve,
I know your main concern is the pressing at this point, but I have an order from SVCC Rec'd May 5th that I haven't gotten back yet. I have tried talking with Kim, Dan and Jake via e-mail without any useful information. WHERE ARE MY BOOKS!!!

Yes, your order had a foreign book in it that the graders were trying to straighten out the info on.
The issue has been resolved so it should move through pretty quickly now.
Sorry for the holdup.

Every business has that one phrase that customers say, that drives everyone bat-shit crazy. In CBCS, I would imagine that phrase to be "where are my books!"

Are we there yet? cue Mr Incredible screaming "we'll get there when we get there!"

On a lighter note, my C/E books should be in grading now, and I'm one week out from my moderns going in! Wooohooo!

Actually, it's "what is the turnaround time on a 2-Day Modern?"

Considering they're in to be combined shipped with Modern Tier books, the turnaround on those will be substantially longer than 2 days.

Thanks Steve I thought I may have messed that submission up combining my membership coupons in one invoice. Anyways just got off the phone with Chris he said he would get it taken care of and hopefully the 2-days will be back on their way shortly

How long is the typical QC? All my books now are in QC. Can't wait to get them back.

Not long. Once you are in QC, it's a home stretch. I am never in a rush to get my books because it is never my intention to sell or get a turn around on them. In fact, I'm still working on my display for them on the wall.
