Good one! He makes the cover on 282, so imo thats trumps a full appearance inside the pages

I'll have to look at that one...I though technically it was a robot clone in #55.

What is considered his "second appearance?" Captain marvel 25 or 26? He makes a cover appearance on 26 and is more than a cameo...this might be technically his first "full" appearance...

Thank God! Finally a topic that one could sink his teeth into! I believe this issue should be addressed by Overstreet. And if the definition of first appearance and cameo become clearer, so be it!

I had no way of knowing that 9.8 graded copies signed by Adam Hughes weren't what you were looking for. drchaos private msg quote post Address this user

@ZosoRocks You got it and I'll take that lousy Hulk # 181 off your hands since its "not really his first appearance".

@drchaos - LOL I wish I had a Hulk 181. Although, I've been thinking about selling a bunch of shite to get one....I really do want to own the book one day.

But right now...I'm in a transition mode.....contemplating moving from ABQ New Mexico to Austin TX for a job relocation.

...it isn't working out very well for a WIN-WIN for me....it seems everyone else is winning and I'm still twiddling my thumbs because of it.

*sighs*

Thanks for helping me remember I don't have a Hulk 181......*smiles*.....I owe you one....

hehehe

@ZosoRocks I have never had a Hulk 180 or 181.

I did buy a copy of 182 for $5 that I later pressed to a 9.6 and sold for $400+.

Right now I just got three copies of 182 back from SDCC signed by Len Wein. They were previously signed by Roy Thomas at the Big Apple Con.

The only other sigs that would make any sense would be Stan or Lou Ferrigno but they would really have to grade out for me to spend the extra $.

@martymann first "new" counts in my book if its a different person! All american vs Showcase 22, SC4, etc.

If its just a new costume or makeover, bah.

I count Superman/Batman #8 as the first new Supergirl, I don't care what CBCS thinks about that.
