| OK.... I know it's been on here before many times, but i can't seem to find it. Can anyone please point me in the direction to where I can get the form to give an artist along with my books, so that they can send back to CBCS & be eligible for yellow labels. I'm looking to get a sketch from an artist on a blank but need the form so I can have them send it into CBCS for me & not have to deal with red label costs. | ||
