Happy National Hot Dog Day 2017!3678

COLLECTOR JLS_Comics private msg quote post Address this user
Since the 1950's July 19th has always been a day to celebrate those tubes of meat on bread. It was in the 15th century that cooks in Frankfurt Germany gave the world the hot dog (frankfurters as they are known is named after their city of origin). Hot dogs go hand in hand with another of America's favorite things: Baseball.
So get out there and eat some hot dogs and enjoy the summer.
In honor of the day, here's some comic books featuring various hot dogs through the era's.
