Does the 2 Day Tier selection mean that your books will be graded, QC and shipped within two days or that they will hit the grading table within two days of being received or something else? Thanks  |

| Once my 2-day hit "grading" they took 9 days to ship. edit: it did take 2 months to get to grading. I mentioned it to Steve in previous thread but I never got a response |

| @Trilogycomics you should be contacting customer service to find out what is up, and if you paid for 2-day you should be asking for a refund of the difference because you didn't receive 2-day service. The current TAT says all other tiers are only 1-3 days behind. | ||

| I have yet to sub any books to CBCS , and not get them back within the time specified. Last sub was a few months back, a single book , which was marked at 14 day service. I got the book back about a week AHEAD of schedule.  |
