You ever wonder how the thought process went when they come up with some of these silly characters?

Bill Finger talking to Dick Sprang:
"I don't know Dick. We're up against the clock on this one. I've been here in the office since 3:30 a.m. Time is running out here to come up with a new villain. I have an appointment at 3:00 and this is the third time this week the newspaper wasn't delivered. What a miserable day... wait a second, that gives me an idea!"

enough to find the item they offered.

RED DRAGON become a "Mighty Mortal" by saying "PO SHE LO!".
For some reason his hair is blond on the cover and red inside.
I believe this is the last issue of SUPER MAGICIAN.

How silly is having a hero that can MOVE PLANETS, or is the BEST CRIMFIGHTER IN THE WORLD, going against the prankster or Penguin?

I mean, c'mon.

Thank God for the 60's.

Hi Marty,

I don't remember Wonder Woman being able to fly as presented on this cover. Does she fly in the story or is this just artistic license?

Thanks!

Jeff

WONDER WOMAN is able to "leap" that high and then lasso the ship.

Note that the Space Ship is green on the cover but red inside.

Thanks, Marty! Somehow I missed the fact that her lasso was around the space ship.

We will never have times like that again. The innocents of kids are lost at a much younger age. So sad.

It bothered me when clowns became creepy and part of the horror genre. When I was young I enjoyed clowns. Red Skelton, Emmett Kelly and Bozo to name a few.
